It is made of high-quality knitted polyester. The necessary hardware kit is sold separately. An optional cross base for indoor displays is also available. Don't forget to order the hardware kit that includes a sectional fiberglass pole, carrying case a tether line or an attachment hook and ground spike (Item # PTH-15H).
